Senior Consultant (Mid-Level) - Focus Product Management (m/f/d) / Product Owner

Tasks

As a Senior Consultant with focus at product management at Trinsik, you own digital products end-to-end — from a blank page to a live, growing product in market. Working inside our venture-building teams, you turn client and user needs into a sharp product vision, validate it fast, and lead cross-functional teams to ship.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You help build new products from scratch and are accountable for outcomes — not activity.

What You'll Do

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for new digital products, aligned with client business goals and validated against real user needs

• Take products from scratch — frame the problem, shape the proposition, and validate it before scaling; create new propositions, not just improve existing ones

• Lead product discovery through qualitative and quantitative methods — user research, product analytics, benchmarking and hypothesis validation; size opportunities quantitatively

• Prioritize the backlog by customer value, business impact and technical feasibility, using clear frameworks

• Lead multidisciplinary agile teams (engineering, UX/UI, data, QA) through the full build, and coordinate with marketing, sales and operations for a successful launch

• Define success metrics, track them, and run an evidence-based cycle of experimentation, learning and iteration

• Use generative AI and agents to accelerate definition, validation and prototyping — AI built into how you work, not bolted on

• Contribute to commercial outcomes — help ship revenue-generating propositions and deliver against targets

Requirements

• Hands-on experience across the full (digital) product lifecycle — discovery, definition, delivery and measurement

• Exposure to 0-to-1 work: you've contributed to creating and validating new products or features, not only maintaining an existing roadmap

• 3–5 years in product management / product ownership for digital products

• Commercially minded — you've worked to clear targets and are keen to own a number

• Data-literate: fluent with product analytics, A/B testing and funnel/CRO optimization; you use data as evidence

• A clear writer — your documents move discussions forward and help teams decide

• High agency and comfort with ambiguity: you set your own priorities and move without waiting for a perfect brief

• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders and clients, written and verbal, in German and English

• A growth mindset: curious, self-driven, and comfortable being challenged

Nice to have

• Experience in venture building, startups, or innovation consulting

• Technical fluency to dialogue with engineering (APIs, web/mobile architectures)

• Product marketing or positioning background

• Solid command of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, …)
